Day 1: Hanoi Arrival
Greet at airport & transfer to hotel. You will have free time at leisure but our guide will be able to offer advice and assistance as required. Accommodation at hotel in Hanoi..
Day 2: Hanoi (B, L, D)
Breakfast at hotel. Hanoi full day city tour (08 - 09 hours): Hanoi, a city of lakes, shaded boulevards and public parks, is the capital of Vietnam. It is a very attractive city with French style buildings and less traffic than other cities in Asia. Visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar pagoda, Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake.
Afternoon, visit the impressive Museum of Ethnology. The 30 minutes cyclo tour will be arranged to visit Hanoi Old Quarters, stop at Opera House & St Joseph Cathedral for taking the pictures. Accommodation at hotel in Hanoi.
Day 3: Mai Chau Trek (B, L, D)
Breakfast at hotel. Depart Hanoi for Mai Chau and begin trekking. The verdant and rugged mountain scenery combined with the colorful local population makes this on unforgettable experience. Dinner on guest's account. We stay overnight as the guests of an H' mong family in a traditional long house.
Day 4: Mai Chau Trek (B, L, D)
Breakfast is served at home. Today we get well and truly off the beaten track as we trek through tropical rain forest, using the local tracks and passing through cornfields as we descend in to Mai Chau Valley. The trek usually takes around 7 hours and is quite steep in places. Overnight with Thai family in stilt house.
Day 5: Mai Chau - Hanoi (B, L)
We trek for a couple of hours passing through several Thai hamlets on the valley before we return to Hanoi. Dinner on guest's account. Accommodation at hotel in Hanoi.
Day 6: Hanoi - Halong Bay Overnight On Boat (B, L, D)
Breakfast at hotel. Depart for Halong city - 170km east of Hanoi. Halong Bay has been recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site since 1994.
Arrive the boat station in Halong, board your junk boat followed by Welcome drink and lunch.
Cruise to explore "the bay of Dragon" with it most typical highlights: Thien Cung cave, Dau Go cave, Tuan Chau islet, Dog islet, fighting cock.... Sea-bathing at the white sandy beach on Titov island - a favorite place for swimming.
Later in the afternoon, admire sunset, fishing and rowing basket boat.

Day 7: Halong Bay - Hanoi - Hue (B, L)
Breakfast at sunrise. Continue the cruise through the stone forest on the water, row basket boat to Luon grotto. Seafood lunch before cruising back to the pier.
After lunch, disembark and return by car to Hanoi. Car may stop on the way for a short break at Hong Ngoc workshop - where you can find the traditional products like embroidery, silk clothes and Jewry... made by the disabled children.
In the evening we board the famous Reunification Express for our southbound train to Hue. Overnight on train.
Day 8: Hue (L, D)
We arrive Vietnam's former capital in the morning. Pick up and transfer to a local restaurant for breakfast. We then have a guided tour of the Citadel, containing the Imperial City, the royal Tomb of Tu Duc and Khai Dinh. Accommodation at hotel in Hue.
Day 9: Hue - Hoi An (B, L, D)
Breakfast at hotel. This morning we have a dragon boat cruise down The Perfume visiting Thien Mu pagoda en route. Later we drive up the spectacular Hai Van Pass and down to Hoi An. Accommodation at hotel in Hoi An.
Day 10: Hoi An (B, L)
Breakfast at hotel. Morning orientation tour of Hoi An's historic old quarter. The remainder of the day is free. Accommodation at hotel in Hoi An.
Day 11: Hoi An - Ho Chi Minh City (B, L, D)
Breakfast at hotel. Free at leisure till transfer to Danang airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Arrive Ho Chi Minh City (Old Saigon, and now written up as HCMC). Greet at airport & transfer to hotel.
Afternoon: transfer to the main section of the old city, short stop at the classic Post Office, the Catholic Church called Notre Dame De Paris, visit to the former Presidential Palace, then shopping at Tay Son Lacquerware workshop or Binh Tay whole sales market. Accommodation at hotel in HCMC.
Day 12: Ho Chi Minh - Cu Chi - Tay Ninh (B, L, D)
Breakfast at hotels. Morning: we start 2 hour drive to Tay Ninh, the headquarters for the Cao Dai Sect, whose patron saints include Joan of Arc, Victor Hugo and Winston Churchill. Attend a midday ceremony at Cao Dai Church. Lunch at restaurant.
Afternoon: continue to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels - an amazing network of tunnels which stretched for over 250 kilometers, were three levels deep, give the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life in the American war was like. Late afternoon: return to Ho Chi Minh City. Accommodation at hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 13: Ho Chi Minh – Cai Be – SaDec (B, L, D)
Depart from your hotel to Cai Be (95 Km). Around 10:00 AM Arrive in Cai Be, you’ll take a boat for crossing the Mekong River to Tan Phong islet where you can have a perfect opportunity to self-explore as follows:
Cruising around the floating market to explore its daily life and its traditional trading on the water
Having tea with honey and fruit
Listen to the local traditional music
Visit the Durian garden then go on for cruising along its beautiful green canal’s bands and its functions of busy water transportation
At 13:30, we arrive at the intersection of the three rivers; the local restaurant is located right on the river band. Just enjoy your typical Mekong River’s scenery and the local cuisine.
After lunch, we cross the Mekong River again then take a van to Sa Dec for check in hotel or Home-stay. The night programmed activities will be as follows:
At 16:30, we take a boat or a van travel to the countryside for a short trekking and you are welcomed to barbecue party of a Farmer’s family.
At 21:30, we get back to the hotel in Sa Dec by boat or van (it depends on the high or low of local marine tide).
Day 14: Sa Dec – Fish Farm Village - Binh Thanh Islet – Ho Chi Minh City (B, L, D)
At 8:00 AM, we check out and have breakfast at hotel. Embarking on a boat (it is caring bicycles) to the destination as follows:
The typical manual brick workshop on the right band of Mekong River
The floating fish farm village for your explore how the local people making their living on fish farm on the water.
Exploring the water plants from the both side of the canal and having picnic lunch on the boat.
Easy riding bicycles along the small dust roads and rivers in the countryside to make you deep down in this beautiful landscape. Finally, taking the van to going back to Ho Chi Minh City. Accommodation at hotel in Ho Chi Minh City
Day 15: Ho Chi Minh City - Departure (B)
The tour finishes after breakfast. There will be a transfer waiting to take you to the airport for your departure flight.
